About me

I am a senior OmniStudio developer with hands-on experience in large-scale Energy & Utilities projects, where I serve as the internal OmniStudio technical reference for my team. My day-to-day work involves building and maintaining complex solutions that connect OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, DataMappers, Expression Sets and Decision Matrix to a pricing calculation engine developed in Apex and integrated through Salesforce CPQ.

I hold 5 active Salesforce certifications, including OmniStudio Developer and OmniStudio Consultant. I also run OmniStudio 365, a daily OmniStudio content project on LinkedIn, and created the OmniStudio na Pratica course, the most comprehensive Portuguese-language OmniStudio training available.

What I deliver

OmniStudio Development

Implementation of OmniScripts with conditional flows, Integration Procedures orchestrating multiple callouts, FlexCards with data sources and actions, DataMappers with complex transformations, and configuration of Expression Sets and Decision Matrix for business rules.

Apex & LWC Integration

When declarative configuration is not enough, I write Apex Callable classes, Queueable jobs, Batch processing and custom LWCs that integrate natively with OmniStudio components via OmniScriptBaseMixin and FlexCard events.

Consulting & Technical Support

OmniStudio architecture review, debugging complex flows (Data JSON, Conditional Views, async callbacks), Integration Procedure and Apex code review, and direct support for development teams adopting or evolving Salesforce Industries solutions.

Technical Mentoring

Hands-on training for developers and consultants who need to learn OmniStudio. From the basics (DataMappers, first OmniScripts) to advanced topics like runtime migration, Agentforce integration and deployment best practices.

How I work

I work 100% remotely with teams in Brazil, Europe and the United States. Communication happens through Slack, Teams or Google Meet, with task management via Jira, Azure DevOps or your team's preferred tool. Engagement can be project-based with fixed scope, monthly contract, or hourly for on-demand technical support.

If your project needs someone who has solved real OmniStudio problems in production, and who can both configure declarative components and write Apex when needed, I can help. Reach out and let's discuss your scenario.

Frequently asked questions

What does an OmniStudio developer do?

An OmniStudio developer designs and configures solutions within Salesforce Industries using tools like OmniScript, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataMappers, Expression Sets and Decision Matrix. They build guided user experiences, integrate data from multiple sources, and automate business processes on Salesforce, combining declarative configuration with Apex and Lightning Web Components development when needed.

What is the difference between OmniStudio and Vlocity?

Vlocity was an independent company that built industry-specific solutions on the Salesforce platform. In 2020, Salesforce acquired Vlocity and integrated its tools into what is now called OmniStudio, part of the Salesforce Industries package. In practice, OmniStudio is the direct evolution of Vlocity technology. Professionals with Vlocity experience have the foundation needed to work with OmniStudio.

What kind of projects can I hire OmniStudio technical support for?

OmniStudio technical support covers everything from implementing new flows (OmniScripts with Integration Procedures and FlexCards) to maintaining existing solutions, fixing bugs in OmniStudio components, migrating between Package and Standard Runtime, configuring Expression Sets and Decision Matrix for business rules, and technical mentoring for development teams adopting the stack.

How does remote contracting work?

All work is 100% remote. Communication happens via Slack, Teams or Google Meet, with task management through Jira, Azure DevOps or your team's preferred tool. Delivery follows agreed sprints or milestones. Engagement can be project-based (fixed scope), monthly contract, or hourly for on-demand technical support.

What Salesforce certifications does Monique hold?

Monique holds 5 active Salesforce certifications: OmniStudio Developer, OmniStudio Consultant, Platform App Builder, AI Associate and Platform Foundations. The OmniStudio Developer and Consultant certifications validate proficiency in both technical implementation and solution design using OmniStudio tools.
